1. Definitions
1.1 Referrer = any current Rundit customers subscribing to Pro, Pro+, or Premium subscription, fill out the Rundit referral form and introduce Rundit to those who are currently not Rundit’s paying users.
1.2. Referee = the person who receives a recommendation to become a Rundit customer from the Referrer.
2. Scope of the Application
2.1. The Rundit Referral Program allows a Referrer to introduce colleagues, friends, or acquaintances (‘Referees’) to Rundit.
2.2. By participating in the Referral Program, you accept and agree that you, as a Referrer or Referee, are bound by the Referral Program Terms and Conditions; and you acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning the Rundit Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
2.3. By joining the Rundit Referral Program you accept and agree that you, as a Referee, are bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as made available on our website; and you acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Rewards
3.1. Rundit offers one (1) month free extension to a Referrer’s existing Pro, Pro+, or Premium annual subscription per every referred new user purchasing an annual Pro, Pro+, or Premium subscription.
3.2. There is no limit to the number of times the Referrer can receive the free month extension based on the referral process. Every Referrer is eligible for an unlimited number of 1-month extension.
3.3. Rundit offers one (1) month free extension to the end of a Referee’s existing Pro, Pro+, or Premium annual subscription. This applies if you purchase the annual Pro, Pro+, or Premium subscription.
3.4. The rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales promotions or programs.
3.5. In no case may any of the rewards be exchanged for monetary value.
4. Validity
4.1. If two or more referrers invite the same referee, Rundit will credit the reward to the person who first submit the referral form, as determined in Rundit’s sole discretion.
5. Privacy and Data protection
5.1. Any personal details provided in connection to the Referral Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is important that you carefully read and understand this information.
6. Right to termination
6.1. Rundit reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program or a person’s ability to participate at any time for any reason and without notice.
6.2. Rundit reserves the right to refuse a transaction if we notice any activity we believe to be fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if there is a reason to assume that a party has breached the Referral Program Terms.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
7.1. Rundit reserves the right to amend these Referral Program Terms by publishing an amended version on the Rundit website at any time.
