When you conduct investment transactions in a currency different from your reporting currency, the automated FX rates provided by APIs at the time of the investment might show slight variations from the actual disbursed amount. This can lead to inaccuracies in your financial reports.
With the new Custom FX Rates feature, you can now manually enter the exact FX rate for your transactions logged in Rundit. This ensures 100% accuracy in your monitoring and reporting efforts.
You also have the option to apply the same custom FX rate for Fair Value calculations, maintaining consistency across your financial evaluations.
Rundit uses Fixer.io for automatic currency conversion. The exchange rate data provided by the Fixer API is collected from over 15 reliable data sources, including banks and financial data providers. This ensures that you have access to accurate and up-to-date exchange rates for your transactions.
