We’re excited to announce the launch of Rundit’s latest features! In this release, we deployed SAFE instrument, a commonly used agreement in early-stage investments and Multi-factor authentication, a security upgrade requested by many of our users.
SAFEs are available to be added as investment transactions for Rundit VC Pro and VC Pro+ users.
SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is a type of financial contract that allows investors to convert their investment into equity at a future-priced funding round or liquidation event. Compared to convertible notes, SAFEs are intended to provide a simpler mechanism for early-stage companies to seek initial funding.

Typically, logging into Rundit platform requires just your email address and password. With this new feature, a VC admin can adjust VC group’s MFA settings to turn on extra security for your account. Once the MFA is turned on, logging in requires verification using a one-time code sent to your email address.
You can only enable or disable MFA for the entire VC group but not a single VC user.
After too many invalid passwords or MFA codes, your account will be locked for 5 minutes.
Make sure to also check your Spam folder for the MFA one-time code. If you still can’t see it from your email, please contact support.
There’s an option to forget all the devices so the next time you log in, MFA code will be asked again.
Transparency and easy access to key figures within your team make everyone’s work more efficient. We wanted to make sure your whole team can access Rundit without extra hustle or additional fees. From now on, VC Pro users can have up to 10 users and VC Pro+ users up to 20 users in their VC account. You can invite your colleagues to your VC account in the settings.
